1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-demand periods (sales events, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International orders: 10–20 business days (varies by country)
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship orders using a network of fulfillment partners and warehouses located in the United States and international locations.
Your order will be shipped from the warehouse that can deliver to you in the fastest and most efficient way.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time, which will be clearly displayed on the website.

These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

10. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement, and only if they have not entered processing or shipping stages.
Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
