At PAWPRINT, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet care products, opened consumables, personalized items, and used pet accessories may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund if the issue is verified.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team before sending any item back.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After processing or shipment has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened pet consumables or treats
- Gift cards
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Used pet beds, grooming products, or hygiene-related items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Contact your bank
